Manage Books displays a "Hidden root" node in its treeview

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open BPBible 0.5 Beta 5 (it happened in Beta 4, too; not sure about earlier)
2. File -> Manage books...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't expect to see a node labelled "Hidden root" in the tree view there.
Instead, I do.

This would indicate to me that wx.TR_HIDE_ROOT isn't in the style when the 
wx.TreeCtrl's style, but as far as I can tell it is, and I can't work out how 
to inspect it as it's modal, so I give up and let someone who knows what 
they're doing.

This also causes crashes whenever a book is shadowed by another book in a 
different path.  I have fixed it in r1356.
