Color correction not persistent while drawing #1714

Category Bugfix

Problem Using the color correction methods in the annotator (CTRL + 9, CTRL + 8), the color adjustments disappear when attempting to draw a localization due to the refresh logic.

Request Persist the color correction until the video plays / the frame jumps.
