Missing Mark and Elemental ID options in more/less #1730

Category Bugfix

Problem Mark and Elemental ID fields were omitted in the more/less options in the annotation browser settings. Users can't hide these fields as a result.

Request Add these to the list

Also disable these fields in the save dialog
