The phone system language was Polish
The next tab is the language for individual applications, here the Polish Banknote Reader app was not on the list
It was only in the availability that I found the system language and such a tab. And after entering it, I saw a different synthesizer than the one from Google
After switching to synthesis from Google, the Polish Banknote Reader application started to speak recognized banknotes in Polish

The app is mainly for polish users now, so if the app won't recognize the language it will speak in polish. It can be changed later if somebody will add another language.
