Support Docker GPU env？ #13

It's hard to install on windows,so could you provide dockerfile to run more convenient？

Hi, @wjljack I think it's a good idea to support Windows users. As soon as I finish dealing with the piled-up tasks, I'll give creating a dockerfile a try. I'll let you know here if there's any progress!
