Changes:

added demo.py for launching a local gradio demo
requirements.txt (instead of requirement.txt) with gdown, pillow, gradio and correct versioning for torchvision
example_images/ for the web demo
changed the readme to include the (permanent) link for the hosted demo and a gif of the interface.

Do you need to keep files in .idea? If not, I will delete these.
