Shouldn't this change be distributed via CVMFS?

I'm running a couple of local CVMFS clients as well as CMS VMs with internal CVMFS clients. As of now all of them get /cvmfs/cvmfs-config.cern.ch/etc/cvmfs/domain.d/opensciencegrid.org.conf from 2022-04-05:09:51

We put changes under the TESTING tag for a few days. I now pushed it to production, it should be available.
