Added ardc.edu.au domain. Cherry-picks #242 to the osg branch.

For @jthiltges to merge and deploy.

Next after the nuerodesk.ardc.edu.eu repository is fully replicated to the OSG stratum 1s (including manually requesting it of the BNL admin) someone should put in a request to RAL to replicate it to EGI-based stratum 1s, and submit PRs here cherry-picking this configuration (without the s1goc) to the egi and default branches.
