The site folders and files and are well organized for coherency and ease of navigation and are labeled consistency with little to no confusion. Having said that consider using a project folder for your project-index.html file for your project files to rest in.

Scripts do need to be cleaned up to only what you are using, right now that's a lot of "code bloat" that's why you want to download the essentials or a custom foundation build.

Super nit-picky but you might want to append instead of prefix visual descriptors like 'black' in your image name. chazgazm-wordmark-black.ext would sort with chazgazm-wordmark-white.ext in your images folder.
