[feature request] ability to see frame number (as per vatic format) being annotated #27

This is more of a feature request than an issue. It would be nice to see the frame number of the imgae currently in view during the annotation for a cross-check and validation of the bounding boxes. Sometimes, strangely, clicking on Save Work loses bounding boxes especially after the "occluded or obstructed" option is checked
