Videoplayer skips frames in Firefox, IE and Edge. #47

The video player skips seemingly random frames for seemingly random time periods in Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge. It works fine with Google Chrome.

@kr-ish how do you notice that? do you have a steps I can follow and try to reproduce? probably a small example video you can share?
