Simulation: Add support for a basic opponent robot simulation #277

This PR adds a basic simulation of an opponent robot that can be moved around by clicking with the mouse. It simulates a body (with collisions with the robot), as well as the proximity beacon. For now, the robot use the collisions to stop, but the proximity beacon is still disabled in mater-firmware.
