add startup options #12

Would it be possible to add a menu option to make it so that the application starts on windows start and immediately starts viewing the cam,?

The option to autostart streaming is already available: "cam2web.exe /start".

Put the application's shortcut into Window's Autostart folder and it will start on system start.
