Feature requset. Save character skills as EVEMon \ pyfa char file #48

This thing gives easy way to fast plan skills in EVEMon, who can't create developer account (not pay plex on character etc.).

evemon/pyfa needs to update their code to support the new sso login, rather than having skillq do specialized code just to help them out, sorry.
