Reports error in importing scs and _scs_direct

Did a "pip install cvxpylayers" and attempted to run the first example on github link, it gave the error:

• in from cvxpylayers.torch.cvxpylayer import CvxpyLayer
• in import diffcp
• in from diffcp.cone_program import solve_and_derivative
• in import scs
• in _scs_direct
• undefined symbol: dsyevr_
