Added Transpose to capabilities #19

Wasn't sure if this was ready, but it seemed to be. Needed for main.py portfolio example to work.

Also removed commented out warning about transpose not working in README; hopefully I'm right that it is ready.

It's been ready for a while. Thanks for removing that comment; and yes, it failed because I didn't have a test case for transposes. I just added one (will check in soon).
