Code changes to read WhatsApp templates from Airtable

@cweems - please note that, the Airtable App mentioned in the readMe will need to be updated to have Templates & TemplateCategory Tables. I have attached exported CSV for both tables from Airtable here for you to import into your shared Airtable App TemplateCategories-Grid view.csv Templates-Grid view.csv .

I made some fairly extensive changes locally, and rather than pushing to your remote main branch to update this PR, I rebased and pushed from my main with you as author. Closing this PR since your code is now merged.

• add lodash library: I removed this because I opted to not use the group functionality that you had implemented.
• add twilio-run library: kept
• add deploy & start scripts in package.json file: kept
• load templates from airtable: I opted for another approach that has the template categories as a "single select" within the templates table. My motivation was ease of configuration and reducing the number of view in the base to a flat schema.
• use environment variable for Customers Airtable name: I opted to hard-code this for ease of setup for new users.
• use environment variable for Templates Airtable name: I opted to hard-code this for ease of setup for new users.
• whatsAppApproved: I kept this functionality, but removed your filtering. My reading of the docs makes me think that Frontline does the filtering if the channel is WhatsApp. However, I don't have a WhatsApp sender in my Frontline dev account yet to test with. Let me know if you've found otherwise.

Would you be interested in working together on a blog post? I'd like to write something along the lines of "Up and Running with Twilio Frontline in 10 minutes" as a quickstart for devs with an emphasis on building a rapid POC.
