Please quote the MIT license (in README.md or LICENSE file) #3

Hi Chad,

I am currently packaging require-kernel.js for Debian and the package archive's ftpmasters would love to obtain some extra info on what you refer to as MIT license.

Please note: there are loads of different nuances of MIT license around on the globe [1]. Can you please add a LICENSE file or quote the MIT license text in README.md?

Once this information has been added, it would be fabulous if you could tag a new minor release.

Hi Chad,

This is a ping one the above issue (Please quote the MIT license (in README.md or LICENSE file)). The require-kernel.js is a requirement for etherpad-lite and this bug currenlty is a blocker for packaging that in Debian.

I hope you find some priority to quick-fix this issue.
