Filter should allows for filtering through only Health Service #4

Users could not filter for a specific health service while it can be useful (ie. When users wants a list of all patients given a specific health service).

Team's Response

We understand that this improvement will give our target users a better user experience. However, as specified in our UG, we have formatted the filter command to have the end date field as a compulsory field. Furthermore, your intended result can still be achieved with a workaround where the user specifies an end date far into the future. For example the user can use the command filter ed|2300-01-01 h|blood test or filter sd|1900-01-01 ed|2300-01-01 h|blood test to achieve the same thing.
