fake plugin? just generate a test func ? where my testing data? fake!

That's right, this plugin generates the test scaffolding for you, but not the test data. This plugin will currently generate testing data. If you know of a general purpose way to generate the testing data, then please describe the design below, and I would be happy to incorporate it as a PR.
