Added LeMega IR4 and story about fixing it #42

First of all: Many thanks for this great collection of knowledge around the frontier silicon firmwares!

This PR adds the LeMega IR4 firmware and shares a small repair success story.

Background Story

The radio was brought to me by a family member with the description:

One day I started the radio, it showed a warning sign and something about "turning off" -> so I instantly cut power.

I guess the radio tried to apply an firmware update and showed "do NOT turn off the radio", but that was seemingly overlooked. After that incident, the radio was stuck in a "Waiting for PC Wizard" screen.

So after lots of googling around I found this awesome repo and had nothing to loose but trying and combing the stuff written here. To my surprise it actually worked, so I outlined the process in the README.md which already had another repair report.
