Use NuGet packages for lidgren/mono.nat/Eto #3

Should use nuget packages instead of submodules if possible. Eto 2.4 isn't released yet but should be updated to that nuget when available.

Might be better to use Open.Nat instead of the unmaintained Mono.Nat.

Done! woo. Mono.Nat is now more updated than Open.Nat, so we get to still use that.
