Updates to make VR2Gather work with new orchestrator #131

The code in this pull request will enable VR2Gather to work with the re-implementation of the orchestrator. The following things have been changed:

Upgraded BestHTTP to latest version
Updated imports
Updated event handlers by passing in a reference to the socket
Fixed issue arising from an empty list of sessions
Updated method by which binary data is extracted from received messages
Renamed event USER_LEAVED_SESSION to USER_LEFT_SESSION

Closes #130
