Subject says all.

Maybe webrtc is most urgent, because Jeroen wants to start working on webrtc again, and master needs to be merged into the #102 branch.

Support for WebRTC and DASH transports has been added to release 2.2.0-beta and deployed.

The Docker daemon on vrtnuc was misbehaving today and not accepting any outside connections. I updated it to its latest version and everything seems to be back to normal.
