Saving RGB and D data in cwipc_view #133

Like using 'W' key to save point clouds.

Actually being able to view the D data would also be rather beneficial (probably with some heat-map-coloring). Not so much for cwipc_view but primarily for cwipc_register, so that you can determine good values for depth exposure.
