BLE discovery doesn't find names (at least not always) #3

There's an issue with BLE discovery that it doesn't find the name of the device, at least not always.

I vaguely remember that this has to do with an issue in the BLE library, but I can't remember for sure. Need to hunt for it (especially because I also seem to remember that I had a workaround).

Disabling the light sleep in the dimmers has worked around this issue.

This seems to be fixed with the move to nimble.
