What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the executable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the software to start, but instead the mouse cursor makes its
"loading" face, then stops and nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1964 r138 on Windows 7 home premium x64.

My computer has an Intel Core i7-2630QM proc and a GeForce GT555M graphic card.
I updated my GC drivers but it didn't change anything.
Windows' language is french (don't think that matters).
1964 is not on the same partition as Windows.

1964 doesn't display any error message, it just doesn't launch, so I don't know
what information I could give. Didn't find any error log in the directory.

Running it as administrator may help. Have you tried uninstalling 1964? Can you
start version 1.1?

I have the exact same specs and have the same problem even with both possible
versions. Running as administrator/using a different version doesn't change
anything.

Same issue. Windows 7 Pro x64. Intel i7 CPU, nVidia GT540M GPU.

No compatibility settings make any difference. Run as admin makes no
difference. Using onboard Intel GPU makes no difference.

Double click exe. Nothing happens...
