Corner map is invisible in OoT using Glide #611

Describe your system:
- Operating System (be specific):
     OpenSUSE Linux 12.3

- Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit):
     64-bit

- Mupen64Plus version:
     Mupen64Plus Core version 2.0.0

- Plugins used:
     mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2.so

For visual artifacts, give:
- game name and CRC/MD5 hash (printed on console)
     Core: Goodname: Legend of Zelda, The - Ocarina of Time (U) (V1.0) [!]
     Core: Name: THE LEGEND OF ZELDA 
     Core: MD5: 5BD1FE107BF8106B2AB6650ABECD54D6

- description of the artifact (missing polygons, flashing, wrong colors,
etc)
     The in-game corner map is invisible.

Describe the problem:

Load the provided state and see how the corner map is not there, only the 
yellow and red arrows appear

Oh Crap! This is no bug, it was simply that I didn't have the map in that 
dungeon :s Please delete this report.

As far as I can see OoT is running flawlessly on glide! Nice work guys.
