Some sort of overloading #311

It often happens that in javascript you use the arguments object of a function 
to scan the passed arguments. Due to this capabilities, one could mime 
parameter overloading (like in java or C). So I'd wish to have an option to 
properly document this behavior and expose it to the developers through 
jsdoc-toolkit.
