Tag descriptions starting with {@link ...} Do not display the link.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in a @description (or untagged first line) or @class tag, have the first 
non-whitespace token be an {@link ...} tag

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Neither the link nor its text appear in the description upon generating the 
documentation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jsdoc-toolkit 2.4.0
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_24-b07)
Windows XP SP3 (XP mode on Windows 7 SP1)
