What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on Extension
2. AOL not connected. Diagnose.
3. Log into AOL
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be logged into AOL but Extension still says unconnected for that account
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.0 on Windows 7, Cometbird browser
