Raw file support #7

I will probably start with Pentax PEF files and Canon CR2(?) as that is what I have at home. I imagine that whatever raw library I end up using (maybe even PIL supports this), will have support for bunches, so it will just be a matter of adding new extensions to the FILE_EXTENSIONS global for the plugin.

I think this should be much more possible with the exiftool support that was just added in v0.7.0.
