Usage instructions in README.md have an incorrect path #12

How it is: Copy Source Files

$ cd {home_dir}/anaconda3/lib/python3.7/site-packages/openpifpaf
Replace ALL files in that folder with the files in falldetection_openpifpaf

How it should be: Copy Source Files

$ cd {home_dir}/anaconda3/envs/falldetection_openpifpaf/lib/python3.7/site-packages/openpifpaf
Replace ALL files in that folder with the files in falldetection_openpifpaf

Think the author just forgot that he instructed people to install this as a conda env
