Hi Hope your well. Do you know of any web browser pluging/extenchion which supports, Chrome, safari,edge and firefox for click to dial thought broadworks? or could you build one?

If your platform and users are set up with Webex for Cisco BroadWorks it has this ability, and it is system-wide and cross-platform. I believe the free Softphone license will do this.

We don't want to use the webex app as this will create a another device in broadworks and will alert when called. more a easy to install browser plug in. Thanks for you response

I've also looked for something to do this using the BroadSoft XSI actions either in the browser and/or system-wide and have had no luck. So if you happen to find something please update us on here.
