Refactor GitWriter #57

In order to make it easier for others to use and configure GitWriter, a refactor is necessary.

Merging these packages will make it easier to understand the structure of the app, and simplify the process of adding additional configuration options for URLs, etc.

Opting not to merge CWRC-Git with CWRC-GitServer for now, as CWRC-Git is complex enough to require it's own tests, etc.
