in-line citations: links order of precedence #133

Expected Behaviour

mouseover the text of the citation (i.e. that is not an embedded entity) - display the citation (title) link mouseover a citation-embedded entity - display the embedded entity's link

Current Behaviour

Only the citation (title) link is visible. This may prove an issue, especially for link entities
