Saving message for entities #44

A thought for consideration: should the dialog present some sort of feedback to the user in this situation? E.g. message saying 'saving' like Google Docs.

Perhaps, but for now I suspect it would be simpler to make the behavior of the title entity popup consistent with that of the other entity popups: (i.e. #43 make pressing the OK button close the popup.)

I can't close the pop up until I get a response from the server. Technically we can close the pop up but the process has not been finished. A saving message would be more useful.

Agree that a saving message wd be useful, and also a confirmation that the save was successful

Current "saving" message only works in Firefox, but not Chrome.
