Review code for hard-coded URLs and place logic into delegator #58

Code contains URLs pointing to the dev server which means it won't work on a production server.

Fixed via the newly created "cD.setRepositoryBaseObjectURL" method.

Note: need to pass info onto OpenSky when incorporating new dialogs into CWRC-Writer - not quite yet ready as of today
