Entity Dialog lookup interface improvements: upon open results #78

When the integrated dialogue within the repository first opens, it displays all entities (as opposed to the previous functionality where the CWRC-Writer highlighted term/phrase acts as the basis for the results populated in the dialogue result list).

Existing standalone functionality is much preferable.
