Pop-up for URL that appears when you use the ref tag is blocking access to other attributes #401

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you provide a screenshot?

@cailinr please play around and see if adding to the ref tag in teh attribute editing dialog is blocking ability to click on other attributes. If not then please close this issue.

"edit tag" to ref does not seem to be working in TEI, Orlando, or CWRC docs in beta. Clicking "edit tag" opens a window to input the ref, but after inputting and pressing "okay" there is no indication the ref was added.
