Commands should work on hidden nodes as usual

The purpose of the Hidden set...

The hidden set is wonderful with large datasets because it is a way to keep things out of the way and keeps the system fast because it has fewer nodes to animate.

Current shortcomings

• [ ] commands should work on hidden nodes as if they were visible (currently Draw does not, others?)
• [ ] there should be a setting Nodes Default To... with values 'Shelved' | 'Hidden'
• [ ] when there are lots of nodes (over 1000?) then Nodes Default To... Hidden
