NERVE-generated entity linking does not populate the URL of the link in the right hand panel. #46

Geonames whitelists are in place, so that when you use the NER & linking mode to upload a document, linking is added to the place names in the document, which you can see if you download the doc (see example attached). However, in NERVE, if we click on an identified place name in the text area, the URL for that entity reference is not populated in the right-hand panel. (if you are manually tagging and linking an entity, and then you select it after doing some other stuff with the document, you can see the URL in the right-hand panel)
