Align Classic branch with CIDOC #18

Some changes in the CIDOC-CWRC branch should persist in the Classic branch including:

Mods updates

[x] use CWRC identifiers for authors
[x] update place mapping
[x] remove redundant nodes of contributions+metadata
[x] review redundant nodes for place of publication
[x] add publisher URIs
[x] date of publication seems to be missing or conflated with bf:changeDate
[x] Remove strings from agent roles
Biography updates
[x] use CWRC identifiers for where possible
