Resolve conflict issues with the use of skos-xl:Label #145

These changes reflect a problem with the skos and skos-xl ontologies in that skos-xl:Label is disjoint with skos:Concept. Furthermore, skos-xl:literalForm has a cardinality restriction of 1 which makes having translated terms impossible.

To solve this, we've removed skos-xl:Label as the class of labels but skos:related it to cwrc:textLabel for reference purposes. Furthermore, a cwrc:literalForm DataProperty is attached to cwrc:textLabel to ensure some familiarity with skos-xl while omitting the cardinality restriction. Lastly, label instances are now both instances and concepts of cwrc:textLabel.
