Is this needed for the dataset to be out @SusanBrown
No
@SusanBrown Is this still needed for CWRC-Writer?
@SusanBrown Can we review this together? It ties into what Mihaela and I will be doing for CWRC with the RDF mapping for MODS
Yes, just put something time-sensitive like this on agenda as an item that is called out as a priority (as opposed to the big list of GitHub issues).

@alliyya: Review existing mapping, any new terms need to be added https://cwrc.ca/terms/format.pdf https://cwrc.ca/terms/primary_genre.pdf
Spreadsheet with available mappings: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15yE6_k7CD6TBSiVCo2oJwLqEh-K3L7KzX13KJ1DIe-s/edit#gid=1181253547
Is this complete enough, including REED terms, to hand off to Mihaela?

No not yet both are still in progress, I just wanted to flag that the work was being done in this spreadsheet as I try to close all my tabs.
I think this is on hold until the Orlando frenzy is over, taking it off milestone.
create this class to group all the "primary genre" terms listed in the pdf associated with the cwrc MODS forms. Definition: A set of commonly used genre terms useful for grouping texts within broad categories.
When done and new version of genre ontology updated with the recent changes, inform Mihaela that she can change the MODS forms to point to this for primary genre (which should be reworded to principal genre) and to the "literary genres" class for the secondary genres (which should be reworded to subgenre). I think this would be ok, even if we now have more t3erms than we did, i.e. I don't think we need to create another class.
