Yes, it is feasible and as far as I know the best way to make sure everything is translated. I will start with the preamble and then move on to the ontology, except if you prefer to proceed otherwise.
A refresher would indeed be useful. Otherwise, I can also create issues with the translated content for Alliyya to export it.
Great. We have some work to do on the preamble, so it might be best to start with the ontology, we thought. On Apr 6, 2019, 6:57 AM -0400, jadepncr notifications@github.com, wrote:

How is this coming @jadepncr ?
Hi @SusanBrown, my workflow has been slow this last month, I'll catch up during my time in Italy this month and have at least the ontology updated by the end of June. I send you my document with the work I've done so far.
@alliyya what's the translation status? Are there outliers that I can work on?
A summary of where we are would be good to have—it need not be very detailed—so we can decide on a strategy. If there are minor gaps in the Biography sections that can be filling, then it makes sense to fill them, but otherwise I think it makes most sense to push ahead on finishing the ontology and then putting a push on translation.

We think the best way to approach catching up with translation, since so many changes have been made, would be for you to work through both the ontology proper and the preamble from beginning to end to look for missing terms or out of date translations. This seems to us better than going at things piecemeal.
Does that strike you as feasible, Jade? If not we could perhaps produce a view of the English file that highlights what has changed since you last did any translating. We also thought that you might like to have a refresher on how to edit files and create pull requests.
