Create Intro.md in wiki #104

Introduce concepts around web app development (e.g. MVC), source control (git), deployments, etc.

The hypothetical "user" for this page is a CWRU sophomore or junior with some programming experience, but who may not have developed in Ruby or Rails or worked on a project besides class projects before.

Created page and completed most content; still need to explain deployment process and the concept of environments. Also maybe add section for databases beyond what's already explained in the Rails section.
