Use jquery-pjax to load only the necessary page area. #45

If possible, use jquery-pjax to load the updated parts of the page only.

(Note: this issue is mostly just so I don't forget the name of it, because I had intended to find this during the summer but couldn't, despite my best Google efforts.)
