Issue with the conveyor belt #8

[ERROR] [1525726237.623260043, 35.143000000]: Belt is not currently enabled so power cannot be set. It may be congested.

this was the error message shown when I ran rosrun 'kuka_move_as kuka_behavior_as'.

BTW, that's not really a bug. It's just a start-up race condition that should resolve itself as all nodes become ready. Just let it continue, and the belt should start moving.
