Multi-version Visual Studio install #16

I got Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 installed.
Metalscroll only installs for 2008, it's not visible in the 2010 add-ins
window.

Metalscroll doesn't work in 2010 because they switched the whole editor to WPF.

Also, apparently there's a 2010 add-in called "OverviewMargin" which offers 
similar 
functionality.
